GIFT VOUCHERS
An ideal present, gift vouchers are available in exchange for any treatment, full or half-day programmes, exchangeable at Thy Spa. Gift vouchers are not refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment. Currently each voucher is only valid at a specific location where is was purchased from.
ON ARRIVAL
In-house guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment. Bathrobes/special loose garments and slippers are provided in the changing room. If you arrive later than 15 minutes before the appointment, the duration of your treatment might be affected.
PAYMENTS
All treatments must be prepaid before the service can be carried out. Online reservations are pre-authorised to your credit or debit card. We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
MINORS
Children under the age of 14 may not use the facilities without an on-site adult supervision. Young adults ages 15 to 16 may use the spa facilities during 9.00am – 12.00pm only.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you have undergone any surgery within the past 6 months, suffer from any medical condition or are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking and immediately before your treatment. Our therapists will guide you to ensure that your experience suits and compliments your physical condition.
PREGNANCY
Pregnancy is one of those times when you really need to take the weight off your feet and be pampered. Being stressed isn’t good for the baby, so what better excuse than being pregnant for some nurturing me-time!
At Thy Spa, we recommend that during pregnancy you focus on pregnancy massage and beauty treatments, such as facial, hand spa and foot spa.
Pregnancy Massage must be avoided during your first 16 weeks of pregnancy. More from NHS
CANCELLATIONS
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid an automatic 50% charge.
AT THE SPA
It is prohibited to use mobile phones, video cameras or personal stereos during your visit. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
